Cline was born on December 21 the 21st of December, 1997 to Pam and Mark, an engineer and estate agent. She was born in Goose Creek in South Carolina near Charleston. Cline briefly studying at Coastal Carolina University. However she dropped out, and moved to Los Angeles for further acting pursuits. When she was a kid, she was part of an Chuck E.
